# MyRoomPlanner > MyRoomPlanner is a browser-based 2D floor plan maker, 3D room planner and AI interior visualisation app. Draw a layout, arrange furniture, and explore how the room could look with AI renders. MyRoomPlanner is for homeowners, renovators and interior designers exploring room layouts and design ideas. A desktop or laptop is recommended for editing. No desktop installation is required. How it works: - Draw walls and position doors and windows in 2D. - Arrange, move and rotate furniture, lighting and artwork; inspect the layout in 3D. - Explore paint colours and floor and wall finishes. - Save rooms and export screenshots. Updating an existing saved room does not create another room slot. - Pro adds AI renders, the full catalog, furnished templates, first-person walk-through, share links and unlimited saved rooms. - For an AI render, frame a view of your room and describe the style, materials and atmosphere you want. An interior walk-through view helps keep the focus inside the room. Screenshots capture the scene as built. AI renders reinterpret the layout and may add or change furniture, materials and details. They are design concepts, not exact replicas of the 3D models or construction drawings. The planner does not offer automatic blueprint conversion, CAD drawing exports, competitor project-file imports or manufacturer-specific cabinet ordering. The full shared catalog currently contains 885 placeable 3D model entries (including variants), 31 floor finishes, 25 wall finishes and 59 paint colours. These totals exclude personal uploads. Free includes a starter selection; Pro includes the full catalog and new models added while subscribed. The advertised combinations are theoretical combinations of catalog items and finishes, not prebuilt rooms. Current plans (USD): - Free: Free. 2D floor plans and 3D view; A starter slice of the catalog and finishes; 1 saved room; Furnished starter rooms. - Pro: $9.99/month or $49.99/year (annual total, billed once yearly). AI renders: 40 renders a month at 2K; Full 3D catalog, including new models as they arrive; All finishes and furnished templates; Walk-through view and share links; Unlimited saved rooms; Choose Model N or Model S; Your own 3D models, up to 15; Watermark-free exports up to 2,160 px. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year; render allowances reset monthly, not yearly. Unused renders do not roll over. Failed renders are credited back. Free has no AI renders, templates or walk-through. Pro can choose Model N or Model S for each render. Either model uses one render from the monthly allowance. Renders are generated at 2K. Pro supports up to 15 personal GLB models, each up to 25 MB. Free does not include personal-model uploads. Pro supports private renders; other completed renders may appear in the public gallery. ArchitectGPT Pro and Premium both include MyRoomPlanner Pro when signing in with the same account. MyRoomPlanner render allowances apply separately from ArchitectGPT credits. A MyRoomPlanner subscription does not include ArchitectGPT access.
